The Queensland Civil and Administrative Tribunal (QCAT) exists as a quasi-judicial platform for the fair, just, expedient and cost- effective resolution of administrative and civil disputes.
The QCAT deals with a range of disputes, predominantly regarding administrative decisions, building disputes, consumer disputes, debt and minor civil disputes as well as lease and tenancy matters.
